How will Timekeeping & Billing support my flat fee matters?

The time-tracking feature delivers very accurate passive time capture. Using this capability, you can produce reports on how you’re spending your time, how much time you spend on matters, what type of work is performed… This allows you to come up with better estimates for billing. Using the estimates, you can figure out whether you’re overcharging or undercharging on your flat fee matters and adjust accordingly. This also has downstream benefits: if a client is questioning your flat fee rates, the data is available for you to demonstrate transparency and fair pricing to them.

How does Anaqua Billing fit into my overall ecosystem?
Anaqua Billing sits between your Intellectual Property Management System (IPMS) and your Financial Management Information System (FMIS). Anaqua Billing integrates with the IPMS and provides billing facilities for the matters therein. When an invoice is finalized, Anaqua Billing syncs the invoice to the FMIS. Anaqua Billing hands over to the FMIS at this point. Accounts Receivable and payment tracking is handled by the FMIS.
